1. Our Promise
At Millennial Meltdown Club, we know parenting is chaotic. If you’re not totally happy with your purchase, we want to make it right—no stress, just comfort in the chaos.
2. Returns & Exchanges

You have 30 days from delivery to request a return or exchange.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, tags attached, and in original packaging.

To initiate a return or exchange, email us at hello@millennialmeltdownclub.com with your order number and reason.

Once approved, you’ll receive a return shipping label or instructions.

Please return items within 10 calendar days after approval.
3. Refunds

After we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of approval.

If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–14 business days.

Shipping and handling costs are non-refundable.

Sale items (discounted beyond 30 %) or gift cards are final sale, unless defective.
4. Defects & Damages

Inspect your order upon receipt.

If an item arrives defective, damaged or incorrect, email us immediately at hello@millennialmeltdownclub.com with photos and order number.

We’ll cover return shipping and ensure a replacement or refund.
5. Shipping & Cost

Return shipping cost is covered by us only in the case of defects/incorrect items sent by us.

For other returns/exchanges, you are responsible for return shipping unless we provide a prepaid label.
6. International Orders

International customers are responsible for any customs/import duties and return shipping.

If the item is defective or wrong, we’ll cover return shipping to U.S. warehouse only.
7. Consumer Rights (EEA)
If you’re in the European Economic Area (EEA), you may have the right to a 14-day cooling-off period for certain purchases. This policy aims to reflect those rights but does not replace them. Shopify Help Center
